陸軍航空特戰指揮部
國軍聯合特勤隊擔綱戰技操演，並將首次以陸軍阿帕契、眼鏡蛇與戰搜直升機衝場，揭開國慶大會慶典序幕。
The Army Aviation and Special Forces Command 「陸軍航空特戰指揮部」，轄 2 個陸航旅，1 個特戰 指揮部，是陸軍戰力中能有效發揮陸、海、空三棲整 體作戰的部隊，也是一支指揮靈活、火力強、機動快 的部隊，防衛作戰中，可有效發揮攻守兼備的革命勁 旅，歷年戰訓演練，均圓滿達成任務，因此，榮獲先 總統 蔣中正先生以駐地「武漢營區」命名為「武漢 部隊」，同時，蔣故總統 經國先生更以「忠義」精 神相期勉，這支部隊將賡續發揚「忠義驃悍，勇猛頑 強」精神，捍衛疆土，成為國人信賴的戰力。
The Army Aviation and Special Forces Command govern 2 army aviation brigades, and 1 special force command department. This is the army which can elaborate the integrated combat in army, navy, and air force. It is also a dexterous-conducted, strong- firepower, and flexible army. It is a revolutionized and powerful brigade which can effectively display both attack and defense. It performed extremely perfect in the past war-training practices. Therefore, the army was honored as "Wuhan Army" by former president Chiang Kai-shek because it was originally located in "Wuhan Camp." Meanwhile, the former president Chiang Ching-kuo encouraged the army with the spirit of "loyal and righteous." The army will continue to develop the spirit of "loyal, righteous, dauntless, valiant and tenacious" to safeguard the territory and become the reliable military strength in our country.

國軍特勤隊分別下轄於中華民國國防部3 支特種部 隊，分別負責北、中、南三區及機動支援。負責國 內反劫機、反劫船、反劫持及反武裝攻擊等重大治 安任務，並且維護重要人士、設施及處所的安全。 各特勤部隊採分批訓練或是聯合訓練，以因應各種 不同形式的恐怖襲擊。 憲兵特勤隊，俗稱夜鷹特勤隊，負責國內反劫機和 北部地區反劫持，維護松山、桃園機場與核電廠安 全及保護高級官員和外交使節。此單位駐紮新北市 五股區。 陸軍特勤隊，具空中機動能力與重點運用方式，依 令支援各地區反滲透、反破壞任務及擔任戰略預備 隊，由國防部直接調派指揮支援反恐作戰，此單位 駐紮屏東縣涼山，故俗稱為涼山特勤隊。 陸戰特勤隊，俗稱黑衣部隊，負責南部地區反劫船、 反劫持、反破壞任務，維護高雄港及小港機場安全， 此單位駐紮於高雄市萬壽山，是唯一具備三棲作戰 的特種部隊。
The national army special forces is governed under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defense of the three special forces, which were responsible for the North, Central and South areas and mobile support. Responsible for anti-hijacking, anti-robbery, anti-hijacking and anti-armed attacks and other major security tasks, and to safeguard the safety of important people, facilities and premises. The special forces are trained in batches or in joint training to cope with various forms of terrorist attacks. The military police special force, commonly known as the Nighthawk Task Force, is responsible for domestic anti-hijacking and antihijacking in the northern region, maintaining Taipei Songshan , Taoyuan Airport and nuclear power plant safety and protection of senior officials and diplomatic envoys. This unit stationed in the Wugu districts of New Taipei City. Army special company, focus on air mobility and use of the way, in accordance with the support of the region reverse osmosis, antidestruction tasks and takes charge of strategic reserve team. The team directly deployed by the Ministry of Defense to support antihijacking, and anti-terrorism operations, this unit stationed in Pingtung County Liangshan. It is commonly known as Liangshan special team. Marines Special Service Company is stationed in Wanshou Mountain, Kaohsiung City .This unit is the only special force which could conduct the air, land and sea operation capability.

中華民國啦啦隊總會 Chinese Taipei Cheerleading Federation 中華民國啦啦隊總會CTCF（Chinese Taipei Cheerleading Federation）致力於拓展國內外競賽舞臺與啦啦隊系統 化的教學訓練，鼓勵運動員挑戰國際級舞臺，培養年輕 選手投入教練工作，積極推動啦啦隊跨界合作，走出既 有體育框架，迎接更多元發展的全新未來。本次受邀與 三軍樂儀隊合作，係由享譽盛名在國內外履創佳績的世 新大學與輔仁大學啦啦隊員共同演出。這是臺灣啦啦隊 首次與樂儀隊搭配的聯合展演，象徵創新、突破、團結 與合作，希望為大家帶來全新視覺感受。

Chinese Taipei Cheerleading Federation, CTCF has been renamed since 2011. It is devoted to expanding the national and international competition stage and cheerleading systematic training, encouraging athletes to challenge a higher level of international competition, and cultivating the young athletes to become the cheerleading coach. CTCF also actively promote the cheerleading cross-border cooperation, preparing to go out from the sports framework in Taiwan, to meet the development of more new future. This was invited to cooperate with Military Band team, performed by 70 cheerleaders from Shih Hsin University and Fu Jen Catholic University. This is the first joint show for the Taiwan cheerleading team performed with the live music team, a symbol of innovation, breakthrough, unity and cooperation, hoping to bring you a new visual experience.

今年的國慶活動以「2017 一起更好」為主題，主視覺設計並融入深具臺灣在地特色的「茄芷袋」概念，透過「交織」意象，展現國人團結的力量，攜手面對不同的挑戰，一起努力讓臺灣邁向更美好的未來。
今年的國慶慶典將於10月10日上午，在總統府前重慶南路、凱達格蘭大道及南、北廣場舉行，暖場表演將邀請警專太鼓隊、吳興及明道國小扯鈴隊、國防部聯合樂儀隊、世新與輔仁大學競技啦啦隊等團體，帶來青春活力的精彩演出；也特別安排國軍聯合特勤隊擔綱戰技操演，並將首次以陸軍阿帕契、眼鏡蛇與戰搜直升機衝場，揭開國慶大會慶典序幕。
在國慶大會開始後，將邀請臺灣新住民甘惠忠神父搭配國立南科實小合唱團領唱國歌。甘神父是國籍法修正後，首位因「有殊勳於我國」，得免喪失原屬國籍而成為正港臺灣人的外籍人士，除可彰顯臺灣留才、攬才的精神外，更突顯臺灣對深耕我國外籍人才的誠摯感謝。
而國慶禮讚則將由福爾摩沙舞團，以創意街舞帶動群眾，讓臺灣的熱情閃耀全場。
大會最後將由空軍雷虎小組編隊飛越總統府，使慶賀活動攀至最高潮，為民眾留下一個難忘的國慶回憶。

蔡英文總統雙十節在總統府府前廣場舉行的「中華民國中樞暨各界慶祝 106 年國慶大會」，以「更好的台灣」為題發表演說，並強調從「兌現承諾，衝刺改革」、「捍衛台灣的民主自由」及「積極為台灣尋找在國際新秩序中的位置」等三個面向來實現更好的台灣。
